Peanut coconut chicken satay cups

Thai Chicken Cups
To make:
*wonton wrappers
*cooked chicken (diced)
*peanut coconut sauce (I got mine at Whole Foods for $2.99)
*shredded carrots

*Heat oven to 350
*place chicken in a Tupperware container and add sauce. Close lid, shake and place in fridge
*spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray
*place wonton wrappers in muffin tin
*bake for 10-12 minutes
*while the wrappers are in the oven sauté the spinach in a nonstick pan. *when the wrappers are almost done add spinach and chicken and place back in oven so the chicken gets hot
*top with carrots and enjoy
