Today’s What’s Cookin’ Wednesday actually doesn’t require any cooking!


 Strawberry, Peach, Banana Oat Protein Shake

While I typically prefer to chew my food sometimes that’s not an option. Making a healthy protein shake can be a great way to fuel up when you’re low on time. However protein powder and water is boring and lacks a lot of nutrient value. Today’s recipe is one of my favorite post workout shakes. It’s loaded with protein, vitamin C, and potassium. Plus it tastes really good 🙂


  • 1 scoop protein powder (I love EXOS vanilla whey)
  • 2 Tablespoons quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 50g frozen peaches
  • 50g frozen strawberries
  • 8oz. water
  • ice

Put everything in to the blender, blend, and enjoy! Super simple!
