We all want to enjoy our weekend but it’s important to make time for fitness. Here’s one of my favorite quick workouts. It’s short but you’ll be sweating by the end!

This workout is tabata style (20 seconds of work 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds). I recommend downloading an app with a tabata timer, I personally use WOD. 

1. Jump rope

2.TRX chest press or push-ups 

3. Squat jacks

4. TRX row or inverted row

Repeat twice for three full tabatas (24 rounds)

To finish do one full tabata of:

1. Battle ropes

2. Kettlebell swing
