Today’s recipe is a great make ahead for busy weeks or an easy dish for weekend brunch. These little egg muffins are packed with protein and veggies with a whole lot of flavor. Enjoy!



32oz. liquid eggs/egg whites

1 bell pepper

1 cup chopped spinach

1/4 cup feta cheese

Garlic Flavor God seasoning to taste

Salt & Pepper to taste



Preheat oven to 350 F

Spray nonstick muffin pans with cooking spray

pour 1/4 of eggs in to each muffin tin

add veggies, 1t cheese and seasoning to each tin

stir with spoon or toothpick to mix evenly

bake in oven for about 20-25 min.



Makes 16 muffins
