Is training right for me?

 Everyone can benefit from working with a coach. With one-on-one, group and online coaching there is something for everyone

Do I have to be in shape to start?

That’s the whole point of training! Your program is based on your current fitness level. Whether you’ve been working out your whole life or have never been to a gym, there is a program for you.

What about group training classes?

Group training is limited to 3-6 people to allow for everyone’s fitness levels. Check the group training page for current classes and times.

Will I get bulky?

Only if that’s your goal! Lifting weights is far more effective for weight loss than cardio alone.  Lifting weights helps build muscle and it takes more energy to maintain muscle than fat. Which means that the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn throughout the day! Plus lifting heavy weights makes you feel like a badass 

I’m pregnant, can I train?

Absolutely! As long as your doctor gives the okay. I love working with moms both during and after their pregnancy.
