Small Group Training

Classes are a great addition to your workout routine. The small class sizes ensure you won’t get lost in the crowd while still enjoying the social aspect of group training.

Boxing for fitness

If you’re looking for a fun way to get your cardio in and blow off some steam, then boxing for fitness is for you. This class mixes basic boxing skills with conditioning drills to help you feel like the next Rocky. *

Saturdays at 4:30pm.

Bootcamp

Get ready to sweat! This is not your typical Bootcamp class. Classes are limited to six people to ensure individual attention.

Workouts are programmed to complement any strength training you are currently doing. Each class emphasizes the basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull), along with conditioning exercises (battle ropes, sled pushes, ladder drills), and finishes with stretching and foam rolling.

Sundays at 10:30am.

Sport Yoga

This is not your grandma’s yoga. Sport Yoga blends traditional Vinyasa yoga with martial arts and stretching.

Making animal sounds to match the poses is encouraged. Feel free to laugh while improving your flexibility and posture, while letting go of your stresses.

Group Coaching**

Do you feel like you have all the right tools, but you’re still not getting results? Do you feel overstressed? Or maybe you’re at a crossroads and not sure where to go next with your life.

Join us for group coaching. Coaching is a small group of up to eight people. All classes are lead by me, a Certified Nutrition Coach, as well my mom who’s a Certified Life Coach.

Each week you’ll have an opportunity to discuss what’s going on in your life and what’s holding you back. After discussion, we’ll go over the theme for the week along with any homework (completely optional), and finish the session with a guided meditation.

While it is strongly encouraged that you complete the homework, it is not mandatory, nor is it necessary to share your answers with the group. All assignments are designed to help you have a better understanding of what’s going on internally to help you live a more fulfilling life.

*Boxing for fitness is a fitness class. While you will learn the basics such as how to wrap your hands, basic stance, and basic punches, I am not a professional boxer. This class is intended to be fun and a great alternative to running on the treadmill. If you’re looking to get in the ring, this is not the class for you.

**Group coaching is not therapy, nor is it intended to substitute professional medical help. If you are or think you might have a mental illness, please seek proper medical attention from a licensed therapist.

Group coaching will be held Sunday evenings at 6pm.
