With one-on-one training, your program will be personally tailored to your goals and needs. Using habit based coaching along with your unique fitness and nutrition program we’ll work together to help you achieve your goals and find your superhero.
The most important thing when it comes to achieving your fitness goals is consistency. With one-on-one sessions, you will have the accountability to keep you consistent along with workouts that progress each week ensuring that you are getting maximum results.
With the training app you will always have access to your training program so you’ll never feel lost in the gym when we’re not training together.
All packages include:
- Two, three, or four 1-hour training sessions per week
- Two coaching sessions via phone/skype per month
- Nutritional guidance
- Complete workout program with tracking available in the training app
- Unlimited email support
- Weekly check-ins and program updates
All training packages have a minimum 3-month
Bronze Age: $480 every two weeks
2 Training sessions per week plus bi-weekly coaching sessions.
Silver Age: $710 every two weeks
3 Training sessions per week plus bi-weekly coaching sessions.
Golden Age $945 every two weeks
4 Training sessions per week plus bi-weekly coaching sessions.
